We are a small business specialising in hard landscaping & groundworks, all types of building & adaptations, home renovations and extensions. We strive on building and maintaining customer relationships with domestic and commercial clients in all locations across the Sussex area.

BRICKLAYING
The bricklayers at Innovate Building can work with a wide range of bricks and bonds to create property shells, garden walls, ornamental walls and more.
RE-POINTING
Repointing is something every property needs after many years of being built, we use traditional lime pointing or sand, cement mixes depending on the structure.
FLINTWORK
With flint work being a job for the more experienced bricklayer we have shown we are top draw of rebuilding old walls with loose flints and more modern approach of flint prefabricated blocks.
PORCELAIN PAVING
Porcelain is our favourite style of paving because it brings a modern approach with great quality slabs in precise sizes for an excellent finish. All slabs are Primed before being laid.
INDIAN SANDSTONE PAVING
With a great variety of different colours and sizes, Indian sandstone paving can suit any style house or style, with different grouting options this is an all-round favourite.
DRIVEWAYS
With minimal street parking or space to extend, a driveway is a great investment to be made. In a variety of colours and styles, you can have the driveway of your choice.
GROUNDWORKS
Our team of in house groundworkers have done it all, experience counts when working in the ground. Using our own or local hired machines we have everything for all groundwork jobs.

Our team of in-house carpenters are competent, creative and experienced, allowing us to provide an all-round building service when carrying jobs.
